My name is Rich Moore, I’m a professional sports massage and manipulative therapist based in Nottingham City Centre.
I offer a full range of massage and manipulative therapies for all kinds of sports and remedial conditions such as:
- lower back pain, piriformis syndrome, sciatica and sacro-iliac pain
- to alleviate sports injuries to muscles and joints, including: tennis and golfer’s elbow, knee pain, ankle pain, shoulder conditions and many more
- frozen shoulder
- to relieve tension and ease aching muscles
- as a relaxation technique after a sporting event or performance
- to relax at any time

My massage qualifications come from Midlands School of Massage where I have completed both a Diploma in Remedial Massage and an advanced Diploma in Manipulative Therapy. I am a member of the National Association of Massage and Manipulative Therapists (NAMMT).
I am currently studying at Oxford Brookes University for the BSc(Hons) Osteopathy on the part-time pathway. I’m due to complete the course in Jue 2012.
